The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended), including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection (hereinafter referred to as fire protection), wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as meadow and agricultural management, to be performed in the Przytok Forest District in 2024.

The material scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

Quality standards relating to the essential features of the subject of the contract and a description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of commissioned works are set out in Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as similar contracts) within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
