The Fosen Municipalities would like to procure a new fully electronic system for case management, journaling, and archiving based on the Noark 5 standard, and therefore invites tenderers to a contest. The chosen system will be used by all the organisations in the different municipalities.

The system must be a standard system that can be configured to suit the municipalities' needs, and the system must be certified as a Noark 5 system for case management, journaling and archiving case documents. Tenderers are required to offer a system that can be integrated with a number of the trade systems that are used by the Municipality.
