Broadly defined, the subject of the assignment consists of 'offering a wide range of operator services for fixed data communication and fixed telephony'.

Digipolis must always have access to a stable, safe and sufficiently efficient telephony and data infrastructure to support urban services. The service providers must be able to respond flexibly to the changes to which Digipolis and the urban services are subject.

The administrative activities (ordering, management, support and invoicing) require far-reaching administrative simplification, automation and digitization.

Duration of the assignment: 5 (+ 1 + 1) years. See Appendix.
