Renovation of the favorite school in the city of Kuppenheim. The favorite school Kuppenheim (primary and factory secondary school), built in 1966, has a high need for repair and modernization. Approximately 440 children and young people are taught by 34 teachers at the Favorite School. The renovation measures relate to the main building on Schulstraße, which consists of two buildings connected to an entrance hall (class and administration tract). The construction project encompasses until the end of 2022: the renovation of facades, windows and partly sun protection, the renewal of all piping systems (heating, sanitary, electrical), the renovation of the toilets in the administration wing, the revision of the floor and wall surfaces, the replacement of radiators and doors, the production of a lift in East staircase, the renovation of the connecting building, the renovation of the toilets in the administration wing and the roof areas in the administration wing.

The tender package includes the trades roof waterproofing work, window and facade construction work as well as drywall work for the 2nd construction phase (administration tract with connecting construction)
