The main object of the mission is to provide technical assistance to the Project Management Unit (PMU), so that EMAE can carry out the water supply project in the city of São Tomé in accordance with the relevant national and international standards and in compliance with EIB's requirements related to its funding, and so that the PMU's capacities are reinforced in terms of project management and implementation, including with regard to the environmental and social aspects.
