The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new teaching aids for primary and secondary schools - divided into 2 tasks:

1) task 1: delivery of a comprehensive set of help and tools for working with the Warnke method to the Primary School Silesian Piasts in Chrząstawa Wielka;

2) task 2: delivery of equipment and teaching aids for the chemical laboratory to 26 primary and secondary schools under the project "Key to the future - a program for the development of key competences in primary and secondary schools in the municipality of Wrocław and the commune of Czernica".

As part of this task, the Contractor will be required to provide, assemble, install and launch a comprehensive set of help and tools for working with the Warnke method - including transporting the object of the contract, unloading it and bringing it to the indicated rooms at the Primary School. Piastów Śląskich, Chrząstawa Wielka, ul. Wrocławska 19, 55-003 Czernica, POLAND and to clean up any waste and impurities arising as a result of delivery and to remove any damage that may arise.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the spreadsheet, constituting Annex 2 to the ToR (hereinafter referred to as "sheet 1").

The Purchaser requires that the delivered subject of the order be brand new, unused and undamaged.

The presented parameters of the subject of the contract constitute the technical and quality minimum expected by the Employer.

Upon delivery, the Contractor is obliged to attach operating instructions in Polish.

The object of the contract is to be packed in a way that protects it from damage. The Contractor is responsible for damage or loss of the subject of the contract until it is delivered to the Employer at the place of delivery, confirmed by the acceptance protocol.

As part of this task, the Contractor will be required to provide equipment for chemical laboratories (hereinafter referred to as "equipment") to 26 primary and secondary schools, including transporting the subject of the contract, unloading it and bringing it to the indicated rooms in the schools mentioned in paragraph 3 and to clean up any waste and impurities arising from the delivery, and to remove any damage that may arise.

As part of the task at hand, the contractor is also required to assemble, connect / install and run the subject of the contract.
