The purpose of the consultation is to appoint a technical assistant to the contracting authority covering all the technical, administrative, legal, economic and operational fields necessary for the conduct of the operation carried out in the old center of Marignane (13) in the design-construction process, mainly rehabilitation, with a view to carrying out a program of approximately 75/80 free rental housing units and approximately 950/1 070 m 2 of retail and service premises. This technical assistance mission to the contracting authority will be carried out on behalf of foncière logement / Digneo or on behalf of the SCI that it will constitute.
