The subject of these proceedings is the supply of electricity to facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1A, 1B, 1C to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract, divided into parts of the contract: 4.1.1. Part I of the contract: supply of electricity for 2023 (Enea Operator Sp. z o.o.), in the amount of 1 233 436 kWh, to the PPE given in Annex 1A to the SWZ, 4.1.2. Part II of the contract: supply of electricity for 2023 (Tauron Dystrybucja SA.), in the amount of 380 594 kWh, to the PPE given in Annex 1B to the SWZ, 4.1.3. Part III of the contract: supply of electricity for 2024, in the amount of 3 873 618 kWh, to the PPE listed in Annex 1C to the SWZ.
