The purpose of this call is to assist the European Labour Authority (ELA) and European Commission’s Directorate-General Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (EMPL) Unit E1 to provide horizontal support to the EURES network and thereby to ensure compliance with the EURES Regulation and implementing decisions moreover to improve the quality and quantity of EURES services in line with the EURES legal basis.
