The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:

1. Collection of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate located in the commune of the City of Braniewa, on which municipal waste is generated, and delivering them to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation, i.e. to Zakład Utylalizacji Odpadów Sp. z o. o. in Elbląg ul. Mazurska 42, exclusively via the municipal waste transhipment station in Braniewo, ul. Stefczyka, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.

The order includes the collection of the following types of municipal waste:

a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 and other municipal waste with the code 20 02 03 and 20 03 03;

b) paper and paperboard code 20 01 01, packaging of paper and paperboard code 15 01 01;

c) plastics with code 20 01 39, plastic packaging with code 15 01 02;

d) multi-material packaging with the code 15 01 05;

e) glass with the code 20 01 02, glass containers with the code 15 01 07;

f) metals with code 20 01 40, packaging made of metals with code 15 01 04;

g) construction and demolition waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 08 02, 17 09 04;

h) worn tires with codes 16 01 03;

i) waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes 20 01 35 *, 20 01 36;

j) expired drugs with codes 20 01 31 *, 20 01 32;

k) bulky waste with code 20 03 07;

l) hazardous waste, i.e. chemicals, waste batteries, waste batteries, used oils and other with codes 20 01 13 *, 20 01 14 *, 20 01 15 *, 20 01 19 *, 20 01 21 *, 20 01 27 *, 20 01 29 *, 20 01 33 *,

m) biodegradable waste, including green biodegradable kitchen waste with codes 20 02 01, 20 01 08;

n) municipal waste not mentioned in other subgroups - bottom ash code 20 01 99.

Collection of municipal waste from containers or bags for municipal waste separately collected, collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and residues from sorting municipal waste for storage. During the performance of the contract, the contractor is obliged to cover all new real properties notified by the Employer with the collection system. During the contract, the number of residential properties may change and this will not affect the value of the contract.

2. Collection of municipal waste listed in item 1 a, b, c, d, e, f, h, i, j, k, l, m, n - on dates specified in the Schedule developed by the Contractor and requiring approval by the Principal. The Contractor is obliged to include in the Schedule the provision contained in § 2 of Resolution No. XXXVII / 258/17 of the City Council in Braniewo of 5.11.2017 on the detailed method and scope of rendering services in the field of municipal waste collection and management in exchange for paid a fee for municipal waste management by the property owner.

3. Expired medicines listed in point 1j will be additionally collected from containers intended for their collection in an amount of 8 items, located in pharmacies listed below located in the city during their opening hours, as these containers become full, but not less frequently than once quarter, also for telephone applications. These containers are located in pharmacies. Containers for collecting out-of-date medicines will be provided by the Contractor. The number of pharmacies may change during the term of the contract or the location of the business may be changed (change of address), which will not affect the value of the order.

4. Construction and demolition waste listed in item 1g will be collected at any time, after such need is notified by the owner of the property, on a separate order and at its expense. Therefore, the contractor should have or have access to bags for renovation and construction waste (BIG BAG type) or containers of appropriate capacity and equipment enabling their safe loading and transport.

5. Used batteries mentioned in sec. 1 l

6. The contractor is obliged to collect and transport the above-mentioned municipal waste from real estate residing in the commune of the city of Braniewa in any quantity. The amount of waste generated in the commune of the City of Braniewo is not dependent on the Employer. The amounts determined are estimates and may change according to actual needs including the amount of waste generated.
