The contract relates to the drafting service of the final and executive projects and the direction of the works in accordance with the minimum environmental criteria for construction as approved by Ministerial Decree of 11.10.2017, in GUIT general series n. 259 of 6.11.2017 for the renovation of the Rendena aquatic and multifunctional center approved by resolution no.103 of 18.12.2019 of the Municipality of Spiazzo.

With resolution no. 103 dated 18.12.2019, the Municipality of Spiazzo has decided to entrust the drafting service of the final and executive project for the renovation of the water and multipurpose center Rendena, with consequent supervision of the works. The provision includes the reasons why the design and works management tasks are entrusted without the division into functional lots. The in-depth knowledge of the project phases by the works manager will in fact reduce the time necessary for any further information, thus facilitating a faster start of the works and a more regular productivity flow, ensuring effective, satisfactory, practical and economic administrative action .
