It is a framework agreement for the provision of weed control on (half) hardening within the municipality of Middelburg, for the years 2022 and 2023, with an option to extend.

The total area to be maintained for (half) pavements is approximately 270 hectares, consisting of open and closed pavements and semi-pavements of roads, cycle paths, sidewalks, traffic islands, parking facilities, gutters etc.

Within the municipality of Middelburg there are 3 different levels of maintenance, which are used by a predetermined maintenance frequency.

On the basis of this Framework Agreement, one or more sub-assignments shall be drawn up annually in order to meet the objective of the maintenance, within the available budget of the Municipality.
