The contract is a single-award framework agreement of services, divided into purchase orders, pursuant to articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code, processed at unit prices detailed in the price slip. The contract shall be concluded without a minimum amount or maximum annual amount. The estimated expenditure is EUR 100 000 excl. VAT per year, or EUR 400 000 excluding VAT over four years. The contract is not allotted within the meaning of Articles L. 2113-11, R. 2113-2 and R. 2113-3 of the Public Order Code, as the object does not permit the identification of separate services. On the other hand, it concerns titles managed by two different managers, the media libraries for the use of the public on the one hand and the Documentary Resource Centre for the internal use of the services of the city and the Mayor's Office on the other hand, with different titles available at different addresses.
