Contracting entities wish to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with a supplier for the installation and dismantling of facade elements and window decoration, storage and the production of window decoration. The tender shall be conducted as a negotiated tender. Contracting entities expect to pre-qualify 3 applicants who are invited for negotiations with contracting entities. Negotiations are expected to be carried out in October 2021 as set out in Annex C.
