This contract concerns the construction of a new medical-technical block and a polyclinic on the Joseph Bracops site.

The contract is divided into lots, namely:

• Lot 01: "deviations";

• Lot 02: "demolitions, structural work, completions and surroundings"

• Lot 03: "special techniques"

This contract concerns only lot 1.

Lot 1 - DEVIATIONS includes the realization of all HVAC, Sanitary, Electricity, Sewerage, and Medical Fluids work as part of the diversion of techniques to be carried out before the demolition of the 6 existing buildings G, H, I, K, P and Q.

The project must be carried out in 2 phases:

• Phase 1 - deviation of techniques in an occupied environment.

• Phase 2 - disconnection and dismantling of existing facilities on the edge of the buildings to be demolished, and once the 6 buildings have been evacuated.
