The target of the procurement is services related to the construction and supervision of construction work related to the Client's properties, e.g. power plants, heating and cooling plants, energy storage facilities, substations, transformer substation buildings, switchgear, underground plants and new construction of rock tunnels, alteration and improvement work and renovations, as well as services related to the duties of a safety coordinator.
The procurement includes tasks related to the construction and supervision services of the civil engineering and technical works of separately agreed sites, as well as the duties of a safety coordinator.
The scope of the tasks is always agreed on a site-by-site basis before the assignment, and the Client orders the Service to the extent it needs, i.e. some sites can be ordered, for example. only supervision of construction work or some eg. the duties of the security coordinator only.
Please note that e.g. Renovation sites can be substations or transformer substations in operation, and in this case, e.g. safety issues require special attention.
As a rule, all procurement targets are located in Helsinki.
The duration of the framework agreement is 3 years, after which it is possible to extend the contract (options) one year at a time (1+1+1 years) for a total of three years.
The estimated value of the procurement is estimated at EUR 700,000 (VAT 0%) per year.
The estimated maximum value of the services to be provided under the framework agreement over six (6) years is EUR 4 200 000 (VAT 0%).
The orders placed by the client based on the framework agreement are estimated to be between EUR 50,0000 and EUR 150,000 (VAT 0%) per order. Individual assignments may be smaller or larger.
The acquisition includes joint procurement. Helen Ltd's subsidiaries, such as Helen Sähköverkko Oy, Oy Mankala Ab and Helsingin Energiatunnelit Oy, have the right to place assignments under the terms of the future framework agreement.
The service's assignments are mainly related to the needs of Helen Ltd and its subsidiary Helen Sähköverkko Oy. Helen Ltd's other subsidiaries place orders to a limited extent.
The client selects five (5) suppliers for the framework agreement.
Accessibility of the supplier: The office of the future contractor must be located so that the supplier has the opportunity to be at the client's work sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area within two (2) hours of the client's invitation.
