Object planning LP 6-8 for the project "MHS Neubau Bettenhaus"
UKM Marienhospital Steinfurt (UKM-MHS) intends to realise a new bed house as part of the restructuring of the UKM-MHS.
The restructuring concept envisages the renewal of the structural infrastructure during ongoing operation. For this purpose, a new recumbent infirmary is first set up.
Further preparatory measures, such as an interim accommodation of the administration, allow the subsequent demolition of the north wing, the former nurse dormitory.
The supply and disposal of the UKM MHS will be carried out under the existing ward house until the completion of the new building. The existing ward house and the boiler house will remain in operation during the planned construction measures. The new ward house is being built almost right next to it. Only after commissioning of the new building will the existing ward house and the boiler house be dismantled. Further adjustments to the inventory are subsequently carried out, but are not part of this procedure.
The preliminary plans prepared for the grant application result in the following areas
Gross floor plan area of new construction: 4990 m2
Gross floor plan area Conversion 669 m2
For this project, the object planning LP 6-8 is to be awarded.
