The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 - basic order - up to 2 990 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) 77 423.08 MWh, of which:
1) For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the contract) – 27 200.37 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ
2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (Part 2 of the contract) – 31 684.03 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ.
3) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 3 of the contract) – 18 538,68 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c of the SWZ
3. The Ordering Party of the Municipality of Barcin provides for the right of option – it applies to Part 1 of the contract. A detailed description of the options in Chapter III.1 of the SWZ.
4. The estimated volume of electricity taking into account will be: 77 474,95 MWh
5. The Intercommunal Waste Disposal Complex ProNatura Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz holds a concession for the production of energy WEE/4786/24416/W/DSW/2016/LW.
Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 389 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption /basic order/ during the term of the contract –
27 200,37 MWh, of which:
Zone I 22 202,46 MWh
Zone II 4 997,91 MWh

4. Right of option – Municipality of Barcin
1) The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the number of points (by a maximum of 6 PPE), as a result of which there may be an increase in the amount of electricity consumed by a maximum of 51.87 MWh. The right of option may apply both to individual facilities and to all 6 facilities. The Contracting Authority plans to carry out investments in the facilities consisting in the installation of photovoltaic installations, and consequently to obtain the prosumenta status. The right of option will apply if the ordering party does not install and connect photovoltaic installations in a given facility.
2) The contracting authority will exercise the option by submitting to the contractor, no later than 25 days before the expected date of commencement of deliveries, a Statement on the exercise of the right and specifying the scope of the option (indication of the number of collection points and volume) signed by the authorized person. The statement will be submitted in writing or in electronic form (electronic form with a qualified signature) to the contractor's address or e-mail address indicated in the Electricity Sales Agreement.
3) Planned delivery period under the option – 01.01.2023r. - 31.03.2023
4) The conditions for exercising the option right are described in Annex 8a to the SWZ (draft provisions of the electricity sale agreement – for the Municipality of Barcin).
5) Details of electricity consumption at individual points of consumption are described in Annex 1d to the SWZ.
6) The exercise of the right of option is the right of the ordering party.
5. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, with the proviso that deliveries to the Osielsko Commune will start from 01.07.2023. Details of the delivery times for each collection point are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7. The Ordering Party shall request the lodging of a security in the amount – in the case of submitting a bid for:
1) Part 1 of the order: PLN 1,000,000.00
2) Part 2 of the order: PLN 1,000,000.00
3) Part 3 of the order: PLN 700,000.00
4) Part 1 and Part 2 of the order: PLN 2,000,000.00
5) Part 1 and Part 3 of the order: PLN 1,700,000.00
6) Part 2 and Part 3 of the order: PLN 1,700,000.00
7) In the case of submitting an offer for three parts of the contract: PLN 2,700,000.00
The security shall be lodged in the form and under the conditions laid down in Chapter XV of the Swz.
Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff group B1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 41 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 31 684,03 MWh, of which:
Zone I 12 851,15 MWh
Zone II 5 067,84 MWh
Strefa III 13 765,04 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, with the proviso that deliveries to the Dr. Emil Warmiński Multispecialist Municipal Hospital - SPZOZ will start on 26.01.2023. Details of the delivery dates (start and end) for each collection point are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7. The Ordering Party shall request the lodging of a security in the amount – in the case of submitting a bid for:
1) Part 1 of the order: PLN 1,000,000.00
2) Part 2 of the order: PLN 1,000,000.00
3) Part 3 of the order: PLN 700,000.00
4) Part 1 and Part 2 of the order: PLN 2,000,000.00
5) Part 1 and Part 3 of the order: PLN 1,700,000.00
6) Part 2 and Part 3 of the order: PLN 1,700,000.00
7) In the case of submitting an offer for three parts of the contract: PLN 2,700,000.00
