By this invitation, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain offers for a complete operation in a 10-year period of the Contracting Authority's laundries in the following departments (pool 1):

- 45 - Faaborg,
- 51 - The high-rise park,
- 54 - Tommerup,
- 70 - Sct. Joseph,
- 76 - Midtbyen,
- 107 - Skjoldvænget.
The winning bidder must provide all services related to running the contractor's laundries in the above departments, including, among other things, delivery and replacement of missing, outdated and inoperable laundry equipment, service and operation of existing and replaced laundry equipment and filling of soap and fabric softener. The winning bidder must also provide a billing software for use in invoicing as well as payment and booking software.
Offer of pool 1 is 1 out of 3 supply of laundry operation. Pools 2 and 3 are expected to be offered in respectively. Q3 and Q4 2019.

This tender concerns the laundry operation of the funds in pool 1, which comprises the following departments in FAB:

In connection with this call for tenders, a tender can only be submitted for sub-contract 1 for. the departments in pool 1. When pools 2 and 3 are offered, offers can be made accordingly.
