In the course of the construction project Rheinbrücke Leverkusen, the replacement of several bridges on the A1 as well as various bridges at the Leverkusen-West motorway junction (AK LEV-West) is necessary. In addition, further preliminary measures for the 6-lane expansion of the Cologne-North AK are being carried out.

In the area of the old Dhünnaue deposit, special safety measures are required during the construction work.

To support the client, engineering services for the technical supervision of the measures in the former Dhünnaue landfill are to be provided as part of this contract.

Due to the complex tasks that result from emission protection and the conditions to be observed and complied with, the use of specialist construction monitoring is mandatory.

It is to be viewed differently from the general construction supervision / site management, as it independently covers the special requirements of emission protection as a specialist area. The construction supervision for construction works, bridge, road and other civil engineering is not part of this service description.

The central task of the FBÜ is to ensure that all planned measures:

- to maintain the functionality of the security systems for the old Dhünnaue deposit,

- for safe and professional disposal.

Be consistently implemented in all phases of construction so that the security level corresponds to the secured initial state after completion of each individual measure and the overall measure.
