1. The subject of the contract are the services of driving bus vehicles in public transport, on communication lines established depending on the needs of the Customer, in the area of the Silesian Voivodeship, in the amount of no more than 602,474.15 vehicle-kilometers during the term of the contract.

2. To carry out the contract, the Contractor should assign at least 10 drivers with qualifications specified by law to transport passengers by public transport buses. These drivers may not be employed as drivers by the Contracting Authority.

3. The description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the general terms and conditions of the contract - clause 16 of the Terms of Reference

The subject matter of the contract should be performed in compliance with all applicable law, with particular emphasis on the Drivers' Working Time Act of 16 April 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1473, as amended) and the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2201, as amended) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the general terms and conditions of the contract.
