The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) works in the basement of the building — construction of the room of the heat node together

with the necessary installations;

2) repair and reconstruction of electrical installations;

3) repair and reconstruction of sanitary installations including:

a) the conversion of heating method for heating powered from the urban grid together

with dismantling of the current old heat sources in the premises;

b) carrying out the installation of hot water and circulation in the building together

with dismantling of current sources for the preparation of hot water;

(c) reconstruction of cold water installations;

4) design, manufacture, supply and assembly of 1 “information board” and 1 “commemorative plaque”, in accordance with the manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the Cohesion Policy Programmes 2014-2020 for information and promotion;

5) the performance, delivery and assembly of the “information board for the time of construction” — in accordance with the “Instructions to the Contractor, the rules for marking the investment in terms of information to the Contractor”.

The detailed scope of the order shall specify:

1. Construction project — Annex 10 to SWZ;

2. Decision No 3130/2020 — Annex No 11 to the SWZ;

3. Implementing projects — Annex 12 to SWZ;

4. Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works — Annex 13 to the SWZ;

5. Objects — Annex 14 to SWZ;

6. Model, timetable and financial — Annex 15 to SWZ;

7) the manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the cohesion policy programmes 2014-2020 information and promotion - Annex 16 to the SWZ;

8. “Instructions to the Contractor, Rules for the marking of investments in terms of information to the Contractor”, together with the templates of plates, Annex 17 to the SWZ;

9. Model contract — Annex No 9 to SWZ.
