This contract concerns the acquisition and implementation of a new human resources management system (HRIS) and payroll in SaaS mode to replace the current system.
It aims to improve productivity, collaboration and optimization of data processing through process automation.
The contract includes data migration, installation, configuration and training on the new solution

Companies may submit an additional proposal, known as the "optional variant", in compliance with the requirements of the CCTP, in addition to the basic project, respecting the same chronology and detail of the DQE and following the methodology announced in the chapter on the submission of tenders.
These variants will detail any improvements, simplifications or innovations that are of technical and/or economic interest.
In order to allow for examination and understanding, they must be accompanied:
- A technical description of the proposed solutions and their benefits.
- A study of the potential impact of the proposed solutions on implementation and operation, with potential impacts.
- Gains on investment and/or operation.
In any case, candidates will be required to submit a "basic offer" that complies with the requirements of the documents in this ELD.
Applicants who fail to submit a "basic offer" will have their "variant" proposal returned without it having been analysed.
Candidates will be required to complete at least one mandatory variant.
