3.1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of services of transmission and distribution of electricity to facilities and equipment held by the Municipality of Świątniki Górne and the organizational units of the Municipality (GOPS, Centrum Culture, Municipal Library) from 01.07.2022 until 30.06.2023, being in tariff groups: C11, C12a, C12b, C21, B21, B23a within the meaning of Article 3 (30) and Article 5 (3) of the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as late.. d.)

3.2. The list of facilities and equipment referred to in paragraph 1 and the planned electricity consumption shall contain Annexes 4 and 5 to the SWZ.

3.3. The estimated amount of energy ordered is 1,433,460.00 kWh. The above value is estimated to determine the value of the order, which does not reflect the real or declared use of electricity during the duration of the contract and may not in any case be the basis or any claim by the contractor of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the option to reduce or increase the amount of electricity ordered.
