The subject of the contract is the delivery with warranty service of 10 pieces of bidirectional, low-floor, multi-unit trams with a length from 30.50 to 32.50 m and a width of 2.40 m, equipped with a drive control system and auxiliary equipment - TCMS based on CAN bus or similar, driven by AC motors
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery with warranty service of 10 pieces of bidirectional, low-floor, multi-unit trams with a length of 30.50 to 32.50 m and a width of 2.40 m, equipped with a drive control system and auxiliary equipment - TCMS based on CAN bus or similar, driven by AC motors, as well as:
1.1. Delivery of the specialist equipment of the "Głogowska" depot necessary for the operation of these trams (other than the standard equipment currently owned by the Ordering Party), tooling and tools as well as a repair package (according to the list indicated in Annex 9 to the Model Agreement).
1.2. Training of the Ordering Party's employees in the field of inspections, repairs, rerailing, maintenance and operation of the delivered trams.
1.3. Providing documentation necessary for the operation and emergency and accident repairs of trams.
1.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ, as well as in the Draft provisions of the contract (constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ), including Annex 9 to the Draft provisions of the contract.
2. The contracting authority requires that the share of goods, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of a Council decision, exceed 50%.
2.1. The Ordering Party requires submitting a statement in this respect in the Offer Form (Annex 2 to the SWZ).
2.2. In accordance with Article 393(1)(1)(2). 4 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall reject a bid in which the share of goods, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply under the Council decision does not exceed 50%.
