The subject of the contract is the modernization of the road lighting system in the Pawłów commune in the 'design - build' formula in accordance with the requirements set out by the Employer, the principles of technical knowledge and on the conditions specified in the Terms of Reference with annexes and the Contractor's offer. The purpose of modernization is to reduce the power of installed lighting devices and increase the quality of road lighting.
The subject of the contract is the modernization of the road lighting system in the Pawłów commune with the elements listed below.
The contract includes the modernization of the following system components:
- replacement of inefficient sodium, mercury and incandescent lighting with modern energy-saving LED lighting in accordance with the audit,
- replacement of existing load-bearing structures - booms, fasteners, hooks,
- replacement of existing uninsulated wires supplying street lighting circuits with insulated self-supporting wires and replacement of power elements and protections in modernized lines,
- adaptation of measuring systems to the requirements of the energy supplier (street lighting boxes),
- adaptation of control systems to the requirements specified in SST,
- replacement and assembly of additional LED luminaires with outriggers and accessories on existing poles to achieve the assumed lighting level,
- carrying out the required tests and trials, obtaining acceptance of works and preparation of documents related to the commissioning of constructed facilities.
The project will be implemented in the 'design and build' system.
The Contractor's tasks will include the implementation of the following works:
- preparation of documentation for lighting modernization under the conditions specified by PGE Dystrybucja SA Skarżysko Kamienna Branch - Conditions for modernization of street lighting devices (constituting an attachment to PFU),
- notification of the intention to carry out works to the Poviat Building Supervision Inspector - relates to works performed on the basis of the notification and the building permit decision in accordance with art. Construction Law, if necessary,
- keeping construction documentation required by law,
- pruning existing trees and shrubs that impede proper lighting of roads and streets,
- measurements and commissioning of devices, in the case of reactive energy, the use of reactive energy reducers on each circuit where reactive energy occurs,
- completion of works and handing over the land to the Employer with the documentation of the works carried out agreed with PGE Dystrybucja.
The task envisages the installation of a total of 2,766 LED luminaires, whose initial setting during the project's lifetime must be in accordance with the audit, including:
- 26 W LED - 30 W (adjustable) - 340 pcs,
- LED 35 W - 40 W (adjustable) - 2,206 pcs,
- LED 52 W - 55 W (adjustable) - 220 pcs.
The total number of luminaires to be replaced - 1,678 pcs.
The total number of fittings to be hung - 1,088
Existing LED luminaires (LED 60 W - 100 pcs, located in Szerzawy, Warszówek and Wieloborowice) are not subject to replacement, but for their effective use they will be transferred to appropriate circuits (currently only in Wieloborowice are arranged in one row, forming one the perimeter, while in the remaining towns they were used for single lighting of the street, among both sodium and mercury lamps installed).
The number of lighting points installed in the Pawłów commune and classified for modernization, the location of luminaires and lighting circuits is given in PFU (in the inventory table and as an indication on the map of the commune attached to this study). Requirements for the fittings are specified by PFU.
The Contractor is obliged to systematically develop and agree with PGE Dystrybucja and the Employer the design documentation for individual locations and proceed to perform deliveries in this respect. Completed works will be subject to partial acceptance.
