1. The subject of the contract is: successive delivery to the headquarters of the Ordering Party - PHARMACY and / or PHARMACY DEPARTMENT - (along with transport and unloading in the warehouse) pharmaceutical products listed in the price forms constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of implementation speci

b) the detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the price form divided into sets, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ,

(c) a draft contract, the model of which is Annex 5 to the SWZ.
