Extent
The framework agreement is intended to cover the client's need for services in construction. Construction services refer to construction services and construction contracts, such as renovation work. The work will be carried out in public premises such as nursing homes, preschools, schools, and other similar buildings and premises. The work will also be carried out in homes with remaining tenants. The contract will also include coordination of the client's other procured framework agreement contractors based on the scope of each individual assignment. The contractor must also, as a subcontractor, be able to carry out work for another framework agreement contractor procured by the client. The same contract terms and prices shall then apply. The framework agreement is divided into two tender areas:
Area 1: Kirunabostäder's and Kiruna Näringsfastigheter's properties
Area 2: Kiruna municipality's premises

The client has a separate framework agreement for a number of professional categories. This means that this framework agreement only covers construction workers, thus there are separate framework agreements for, among other things, painting work.
