The general purpose of the programme is to accelerate the digital transformation of the Republic of the Congo by contributing to the modernisation of the public administration and the development of digital economy.

The technical assistance will support the coordinator of the Project Management Unit (PMU), which will be in charge of the implementation of the entire Congo Digital Development project, in order to ensure:

— conduct of the operations necessary for implementation of the project and its component parts;

— assistance to project management necessary for the technical implementation of each of the project's component parts.
