The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, covering work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, forest nursery, seed, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, chassis timber and maintenance of forest roads and tourist facilities, to be carried out in the territory of the Forest District of Constantinnovo in the year 2022.

The item of the order was divided into 6 parts (hereinafter: “Package”):

Package I — forestry: Brodnica, Krajkowo;

Package II — forestry: Grzybno, Czempiń;

Package III — Forestry: Once, Great Village;

Package IV — forestry: Więckowice, Woźniki;

Package V — machine acquisition — forestry Brodnica, Grzybno, Krajkowo;

Package VI — forest nursery and seed;

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, covering work in the areas of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, timber chassis and maintenance of forest roads and tourist equipment, to be carried out on the territory of Constantinov Forest District in 2022, forestry: Brodnica, Krajkowo;

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, timber chassis and maintenance of forest roads and tourist equipment resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. — Restricted surfaces

Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract have been developed on the basis of Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of the State Forests and Decision No 36 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Poznań dated 11 October 2021 on the approval of descriptions of activities not described in the Description of the Standard of Technology for the Performance of Forest Prac. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology). A detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry work (activities) included in the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.

The estimate value for the 1st part of the contract not containing the value of the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP and the option shall be PLN 1 036 323,23.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests, covering works in the field of machinery harvesting and breaking timber, to be carried out in the area of the Forest Forest District of Constantine in the year 2022, forestry Brodniczka, Krajkowo, Grzybno;

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests, covering work in the field of forest nursing and semination, to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Constantine in the year 2022;

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work

in the field of forestry nursery and seminal pursuant to Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
