This tender concerns an open procedure for the supply and placement of gaming facilities for the organisations listed below:

The municipalities of Bunschoten Elburg, Ermelo, Harderwijk, Hattem, Heerde, Nijkerk, Nunspeet, Oldebroek, Putten, Zeewolde;

Purpose of the tender

The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement per lot with 3 gaming facility contractors, as specified in questionnaire 1.1 of this document.

The (framework) agreement has an initial duration of 2 years, with an option of unilateral renewal by the contracting authority of 2 times 1 year.

Contracting authority expects to enter into the new (window) agreement on 01 January 2022.

The contract shall be awarded to the Tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the best quality/price ratio.

Lot 1 of the tender play facilities for ISNV concerns plastic play facilities.

Plot 2 of the tender playing facilities for ISNV relates to metal/stainless steel playing facilities.

Plot 3 of the tender play facilities for ISNV concerns wooden play facilities.

Lot 4 of the tender play facilities for ISNV concerns robinia wooden play facilities.
