Framework agreements for the production of mechanical parts and precision mechanical assemblies

The objective of the consultation is to set up a framework agreement that will allow CEA units to produce mechanical parts and assemblies of precision mechanical parts.

The maximum duration of the Framework Agreement is five (5) years from the date of its notification, of which four (4) years are firm and one (1) year optional.

The services mainly concern the realization of parts and assemblies of precision mechanical parts whose execution time will be from a few days to a few weeks. Occasionally, minor and rapid interventions on certain parts may be requested, which must be carried out within an optimal time.

The services include the actual production of the parts with the supply of the raw material if necessary, the assembly if necessary according to the definition file and its nomenclature, the Dimensional controls, the issuance of measurement statements as well as the transport and delivery to the site of the CEA Le Ripault, except in special cases mentioned by the CEA.

Benefits will be the subject of the establishment of multi-awarded framework agreements.
