The contract concerns the maintenance and operation of heating, ventilation and certain refrigeration equipment (HVAC) in the City's buildings. Its purpose is the maintenance and operation with major maintenance and renewal of the following installations: - heating; - production of e.c.s.; - air treatment, ventilation (excluding kitchen hoods); - refrigeration production (certain important production equipment); - water treatment (excluding water from swimming pool pools); - Fire dampers. The above services are inseparable and form part of this contract
