By means of this tender, the Vallei en Veluwe Water Board wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the execution of the work with regard to the administrative handling of hiring, recruitment, (pre)selection of candidates and support in minimizing employment law risks regarding the hiring of temporary staff other than temporary workers.

All economic operators that meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a Partnership and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.

The need for external hiring is inherently dynamic. The size of the contract in the future has been estimated at approximately € 5.5 million per year on average.

The average contract value over the total duration of the framework agreement is capped at 200% of the stated estimated size, i.e. average annual estimated size * 6 years + 100% = € 66 million.

The above size is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this. The water board has no purchase obligation and does not provide a turnover guarantee. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT.
