The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters in 2024 of the following motor fuels:

(a) unleaded petrol 95 {CN codes 2710 12 45, 2710 12 49} up to 100 000 l.

(b) gas oil {CN codes 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11} up to 500 000 l.

2. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters in 2024 of the following motor fuels:

(a) unleaded petrol 95 {CN codes 2710 12 45, 2710 12 49} up to 100 000 l. Delivery of gasoline meeting the requirements set out in the PN-EN 228 standard and the current Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 846), the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314).

(b) gas oil {CN codes 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11} up to 500 000 l. Delivery of diesel oil meeting the requirements set out in the PN-EN 590 standard and the current Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system, the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314

3. The Ordering Party has 3 underground tanks in the Service Station with the following capacities:

1) 10 000 l – unleaded petrol 95

2) 20 000 l – diesel fuel

3) 30 000 l – diesel fuel

3.2.1. A one-time delivery of diesel oil will be about 20,000 l - an average of 2 times a month,

3.2.2. A one-time supply of unleaded petrol will be about 4,000 l – on average 2 times a month.

Provincial Ambulance Station in Olsztyn,

Pstrowskiego 28 B, Olsztyn 10-602.

6. The Contracting Authority holds a concession for trading in liquid fuels, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, for the period from 26.05.2015 to 31.12.2030.

8. The Ordering Party does not trade liquid fuels with foreign countries.
