M&E, Fabric and Fire Systems Maintenance and Repair for Head Office, Road Bus & River, London Transport Museum and Trams. A Maintenance Services Contract for the provision of Premises Maintenance Services (Planned Preventative, Reactive maintenance, and Additional Works) This includes, but is not limited to: Mechanical and Electrical, Fabric and Fire Maintenance and Repair for different business areas of TfL. The Estimated total value of the contract represents a high level estimate of the value of the maintenance activities for 5 years, plus the 2 year extension for planned and reactive maintenance. It also takes into account any additional project works which may arise during the full 7 years of the contract. This therefore is the estimated maximum value expected from this contract.
This is a competitive procurement for the award of a single Maintenance Services contract for the provision of M&E, Fabric and Fire Systems Maintenance and Repair Services across four different TfL business units. The proposed contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 2 years. Interested parties must register on Transport for London's SAP Ariba system and then request access to the procurement event.
