Lot 1: Translation and Transcription Services

Lot 2: Interpreting Services

Lot 1: includes the provision of written translation and transcription services from the English language into the language(s) requested by the buying authority and from those languages into English or other languages.

Contractor(s) shall provide an end to end service to the buying authority through its own linguists and/or linguists via sub-contractors if required. Contractors shall be responsible for the compliance of the sub-contractors used in accordance with Section 3, General Conditions of contracts of the framework agreement.

Lot 2: includes the provision of interpreting services from the English language in to the language(s) requested by the buying authority and from those languages into English or other languages.

Contractor(s) shall provide an end to end service to the buying authority through its own linguists and/or linguists via sub-contractors if required. Contractors shall be responsible for the compliance of the sub-contractors used in accordance with Section 3, general conditions of contracts of the framework agreement.

The contractor(s) shall be required to provide simultaneous, consecutive, escort/travel and whisper interpreting services.
