1. The object of the order is the purchase and delivery of 3 pcs of factory new buses, including:

— 2 commuter buses min. 45 seats (Part I),

— 1 commuter bus min. 35 seats (Part II).

The task is divided into two parts.

Partial submission of tenders is permitted.

The task is subsidized by the COVID-19 Counter Fund for local government units.

The Contracting Authority intends to entrust the use of buses to a public collective transport operator determined by a tender inquiry.

On the date of transfer of the subject of the contract, the contractor shall train the drivers indicated by the contracting operator from the handling of vehicles

Part I includes the supply of 2 factory-new buses for local services with min.45 seats, together with the necessary equipment, documentation and maintenance training.

Low emission buses, Class II, low-power, with wheelchair space for handicapped (manual platform), approved, meeting the technical requirements set out in this specification.

Supplied buses must be of the same model/type, same version. They must have equal equipment and organisation of passenger space. The components, parts used, solutions and technical parameters must be the same in both pieces of the buses offered.

Part II includes the delivery of 1 pcs of the factory new bus for local services, up to 35 seats, together with the necessary equipment, documentation and maintenance training. Low emission bus, Class II, low-speed, with wheelchair space for disabled (manual platform), approved, meeting the technical requirements set out in this specification.
