The subject of this contract is the successive supply of specialized chemical reagents for scientific research and didactic classes to organizational units of the UWM in Olsztyn. Information on the evidence in question

1. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit together with the tender the following means of proof to confirm the compliance of the offered subject of the contract with the requirements regarding technical parameters (only if the Contractor submits a bid with an equivalent product) in terms of chemical composition, shelf life, date of production, specified in the description of the subject of the contract.

2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit, by the deadline for submitting tenders, the following means of proof to confirm the compliance of the offered subject of the contract with the requirements regarding technical parameters (only if the Contractor submits a bid with an equivalent product) in terms of chemical composition, shelf life, date of production, specified in the description of the subject of the contract.

3. The contracting authority shall require submission together with the offer:

3.1. only if the Contractor submits an offer with an equivalent product: data sheets, manufacturer's product safety data sheets confirming the parameters in the scope of point 1 and described by the Contracting Authority in Annex 1 to the SWZ together with an indication of the manufacturer's name and catalog number.

4. The contracting authority shall require submission by the deadline for submission of tenders:

4.1. only if the Contractor submits an offer with an equivalent product: samples for testing the entire assortment indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The samples should be sufficient to perform an analysis that can confirm that the offered product meets the requirements of the Ordering Party and its use does not involve the need to purchase additional reagents and other consumables.

NOTE: The above samples should be submitted at the Ordering Party's headquarters at

Oczapowskiego 2, 10-719 Olsztyn, room 310. The contractor should place samples

in the packaging bearing the name and exact address of the Contractor, bearing the marking: "Samples in proceedings no. 334/2023/PN/DZP".

5. The contracting authority accepts equivalent means of proof if they confirm that

that the offered objects of the contract meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified by the Ordering Party.

6. If the Contractor does not submit the evidence in question or the evidence in question is incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall call for their submission or supplementation

within the prescribed period. The contracting authority informs that despite the provision of the summons, it will not call for the submission or supplementation of the evidence in question, if the evidence in question serves to confirm compliance with the features or criteria specified in the description of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders or if, despite the submission of the said evidence, the offer is subject to rejection or there are grounds for invalidating the procedure.
