The subject of the order is the execution and installation of fittings of angles with mustache (hot-dipped galvanized) channel industrial floor in the building of the sorting hall as part of the construction work aimed at building a sorting line for cleaning waste of municipal origin collected selectively together with accompanying infrastructure and landscaping on part of parcel no 2/3, within Dalsze, Myślibórz municipality.

1.The object of the order is the execution and installation of fittings of angles with mustache (hot-dipped galvanized) channel industrial floor in the building of the sorting hall. As part of the construction work aimed at building a sorting line for cleaning waste of municipal origin collected selectively together with accompanying infrastructure and landscaping on part of parcel no 2/3, within Dalsze, Myślibórz municipality.

2.The scope of work necessary for execution is determined by the design documentation consisting of construction projects — the elements are shown in figure No K_Z-KŻ Reinforcement of reinforced concrete channel and K_R-F Throw foundations. The height difference between the angles of 11 mm. The documentation is annex 1 to this request for request. 3.If there are names of a specific manufacturer/product or quality standards in the description of the subject of the contract, contained in the quotation request or the annexes to the quotation inquiry, they should only be treated as an aid in the description of the subject matter of the contract. In any case, solutions equivalent in terms of design, materials, functionality, quality (no worse than those established in the design documentation) are acceptable. If any trademark, patent or origin is indicated in the description of the subject of the contract - it must be assumed that the patents, trademarks, origin specify technical, operational and utility parameters, which means that the Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders in this respect equivalent to technical, operational and utility parameters. The obligation to demonstrate equivalence shall be with the Contractor. All building materials that will be used in the framework of the work must be agreed with the Contracting Authority.

4.The minimum warranty period for the subject of the order is 36 months.

5.Settlement with the Contractor will be made in the form of a lump sum remuneration.
