Jahnschule Hünfeld, conversion/modernization - roof waterproofing and plumbing work

The district committee of the district of Fulda intends to rebuild and modernize the Jahnschule Hünfeld. The measures focus on the fundamental renewal of the technical building equipment as well as the building's internal reorganization of functional areas and usage units. Furthermore, the extension of the building with a single-storey extension and a barrier-free elevator is planned.

In principle, the technical building equipment is renewed throughout the building as well as in large parts of the interior surfaces (sloping ceilings, floor coverings, wall coverings, etc.).

The described measures on the building must be carried out in parallel with the ongoing school operation. For this purpose, the overall measure will be divided into four construction phases, of which two construction phases (2nd BA + 3.BA) will take place in parallel.

The subject of this service description is exclusively services of the 1st construction phase.

This 1st BA comprises the ground floor and the two upper floors of the eastern part of the building from the main staircase as well as the associated part of the underground supply corridor.
