Tromsø municipality and Karlsøy municipality shall enter into a 2 year Framework Agreement for the delivery of books and technical literature for municipal entities.

Scope of the delivery.

The offer includes the following product groups:

1) School books for primary and corresponding levels, including teacher guides and copyable originals for these books;

2) Books and media for public libraries;

3) School books for preparing pupils for confirmation, teacher mentoring and copyable originals;

4) E-books for the public libraries.

The contract value.

1) School books: approx. 6 000 000 NOK per annum; 24 000 000 NOK for a 4 year contract period. Books and media for libraries: approx. 1 700 000 NOK per annum; 6 800 000 NOK for a 4 year contract period.

The agreement shall mainly apply to 35 primary schools, 50 municipal nurseries, the arts school and the adult education, but can also be used by other municipal entities. Private schools and kindergartens that receive grants from the municipality will also have the opportunity to use the contract.
