The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply of new office furniture and chairs for all Banque de France sites as well as the take-back of used office furniture and chairs.
It is divided into 2 batches:
- Lot 1: Seats (office chairs and armchairs, reception, meeting and workshop chairs) including a hundred assigned to agents working from home.
- Lot 2: Office furniture (worktops, meeting tables, pedestals and cabinets)
Supply of new office chairs (excluding other office furniture)The purpose of this lot is the supply of new office chairs including the acquisition, transport, loading/unloading, delivery, unpacking, removal of empty packaging, on-site installation, assembly, adjustments and a demonstration of the use if necessary, of new office chairs, for all Banque de France sites as well as the take-back of used office chairs.
Supply of office furniture (excluding office chairs)The purpose of this lot is the acquisition, transport, loading/unloading, delivery, unpacking, removal of empty packaging, on-site installation, assembly, adjustments and any demonstrations (at the request of the Banque de France, of office furniture, for all Banque de France sites;
Trade-in of used office furniture.
