The Bourges Plus intercommunal bike plan aims to encourage the practice of active modes of travel and to reinforce the modal share of cycling. For the implementation of this plan, the agglomeration, project owner of the intercommunal bicycle plan, will be required to intervene in consultation with the other authorities managing the public domain, and associations representing users. The cost of development of the routes concerned by the present consultation, the construction of the parking spaces and the staking was estimated at EUR 4 300 000 excluding taxes, broken down as follows: EUR 4 160 000 excluding taxes for the layout of the routes (including the development of hard points), 100 000 euro (s) HT for parking along the routes treated (high estimate corresponding to 800-1000 seats), 40 000 EUR HT for the staking of the routes.
