The school building at Schulstraße 15 is being renovated. The town hall is newly integrated.

The building complex consists of 3 sections.

— Building part A (BA 1) includes basement, ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, DG (not developed). NOT ADVERTISED HERE

— Building part B (BA 2) (façade height 10 m) includes ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, DG (not developed). NOT ADVERTISED HERE

— Building C (BA 3) Gymnasium (this call for tenders).

— Building D (BA 3) Gymnasium – Social wing to be rebuilt

The interior equipment for the gym is put out to tender:
