The procuring entity will request your tender for long-term accommodation services for the contract period indicated in the invitation to tender. During the contract period, the contracting entity reserves:

long-term accommodation services according to an uncommitted assessment.

The minimum requirements for the services to be procured are described in the section "Criteria for the object of the acquisition".

The procurement will focus on long-term accommodation services for clients of the Assistance System for Victims of Human Trafficking.

Furnished accommodation service for customers of the Assistance System for Victims of Human Trafficking, Turku

The aim of the procurement is long-term accommodation services for victims of human trafficking

assistance system for customers in Turku.

The procurement is based on the Act on the Reception of Applicants for International Protection and on the Identification and Assistance of Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings (746/2011), and in particular Article 38b of the Act, according to which the Joutseno Reception Centre is responsible for organising assistance measures for victims of trafficking in human beings, either by organising them them themselves as their own activities or by purchasing them from a public or private service provider. One of the assistance measures is safe accommodation. The Joutseno reception centre is responsible for assessing the need for assistance measures and deciding which of the customers/persons affected by human trafficking will be provided with furnished accommodation for the purpose of this purchase. Customers can be men, women or families with mothers and children, for example.

In Turku, the Finnish Immigration Service needs approximately one (1) apartment for the use of its customers. The need varies and is indicative.

As a rule, accommodation times are months, up to six months or six months or a year. Accommodation times are strongly related to the customer's needs, which is difficult to predict.
