The contract is offered and concluded by Region Midtjylland on behalf of all municipalities and regions of Denmark.

The contract may be extended within the tendering framework for changes to contracts to other diseases with same/uniform business needs monitorably similar to the needs developed for the COPD and heart area.

Development of the solutions is expected to take 10-12 months, after which the supplier is responsible for operations and maintenance. Agreement for operation and maintenance is time-unlimited but may be terminated by the supplier with a written notice of 12 months to the first for a month, but no earlier than 4 years after the date of acquisition. Contracting entities may, with a written notice of 6 months to the first for a month, terminate the maintenance and operation agreement, but not earlier than 1 year after the date of acquisition. The period specified by II.2.7 may therefore be longer if the operation and maintenance scheme is not terminated by some of the parties, and it may be shorter if the operation and maintenance scheme is terminated by contracting entities earlier than expiration 4 years after the date of acquisition.
