Monaghan County Council’s Multi-Party Contractor Framework Refurbishing Properties 2023-2026.

Typical refurbishment works undertaken by contractor under the multi-party framework is as follows; Electrical Upgrade, Plumbing Upgrade, Fire Detection (Upgrade Alarms/Doors), Flooring Repairs, Carpets / Floor Coverings, Window / Door Draught replacement / sealing, Attic Insulation, Heating System upgrade, Energy Efficiency upgrade, New Kitchen, New Bathroom, conversion of bedroom to Bathroom, Upgrade Existing Toilets, White Goods, provide Beds/Linen, Furniture, painting and carpentry upgrades, External/Structural Works, construction work, extensions, walls and partitions, landscaping around properties and upon completion provide a clean and tidy property. Properties to be renovated may be public or private ownership and could be protected structures. It is intended to operate this framework for two years initially from the time of appointment with an option to extend the Framework by a maximum of 2no. one-year extensions. The maximum duration will be four years.
