The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of any amount of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate residing in the Susz commune, including the city of Susz and 29 villages, which will be collected in containers or bags at residential properties and the collection of waste collected at the municipal point of selective municipal waste collection, the service period covers 24 months. The Susz commune is currently inhabited by 9632 inhabitants, of which 4446 in the city and 5186 in the rural areas. The contractor is obliged to equip the property with bags for waste collected in a selective way.
Types of municipal waste received: non-segregated municipal waste, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal, glass, biodegradable waste, paper and cardboard, expired medicines, used batteries and accumulators, hazardous waste, chemicals, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, construction and demolition waste, used tyres, textiles and clothing, waste ineligible for medical waste arising on the farm at home as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular a needle and syringe. The gmina contains the villages of Susz, Adamowo, Babięty Małe, Babięty Wielkie, Bornice Bałoszyce, Bałoszyce Małe, Bronowo Brusiny, Brusiny Małe, Chełmżyca, Czerwona Woda, Dąbrówka, Dolina, Emilianowo, Emilianowo Róża, Falknowo, Falknowo Małe, Grabowiec, Huta, Jakubowo Kisielickie, Januszewo, Jawty Małe, Jawty Wielkie, Kamieniec, Karolewo, Lisiec, Krzywiec, Lubnowy Małe, Lubnowy Wielkie, Michałowo, Nipkowie, Olbrachtowo, Redaki, Piotrkowo, Olbrachtówko, Różanki, Różnowo, Rudniki, Stawiec, Ulnowo, Wądoły, Wiśniówek, Zieleń and Żakowice. The list of premises, the number of single-family and multi-family residential buildings in the towns of the commune are presented in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Frequency of municipal waste collection: single-family buildings – mixed waste 1 time in 2 weeks, separately collected 1 time in 2 weeks, multi-family buildings: mixed waste 1 time per week, separately collected 1 time per week, selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) for notification of such a need by the Ordering Party. In the period before Christmas, Easter and November 1, 7 days before this period and two days after this period, at the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to increase the frequency of waste collection and adapt it to temporary needs. Waste collection can be carried out on all days of the week, from 6.00 to 20.00.
