Preparation of an informative study of the connection between Santa Justa railway station and San Pablo Airport (Seville).
The purpose of the contract is the provision of technical assistance services to the CFIOT DGM, for the drafting of an informative study for the connection between the Santa Justa railway station and Seville San Pablo Airport, in which the following works are envisaged: first, a preliminary study will be prepared which will be prepared include the analysis and diagnosis of the current situation of infrastructure, services and transport demand. Next, a study of strategic alternatives will be carried out and the best solution between rail, tramway, metro or BRT networks will be defined. Finally, we will continue with the definition and detailed analysis of the different technical solutions for the selected strategic alternative, both layout and other technical characteristics necessary for its correct implementation and conclude with the selection of the most appropriate option. The successful tenderer will include in the information study all the elements necessary to identify the most favourable option that guarantees the correct definition and subsequent operation of the connection between Santa Justa station and Seville Airport.
The work also includes the elaboration of the necessary documents for public, environmental and health information procedures, including the drafting of the Environmental Impact Study (EIA), obtaining the Unified Environmental Authorization (AAU) and the drafting of the Health Impact Assessment (EIS). It also considers the analysis and response to the allegations, as a result of the public information phase and the environmental requirements established in the processing procedures for approval.
Likewise, the successful tenderer shall draw up all the necessary documentation relating to the authorisations required, as well as the processes of citizen participation and dissemination organized by the Ministry of Development, Infrastructure and Spatial Planning, such as the provision of information relating to the action object of the information study, attendance at public events and participation in the dissemination days organized by the Ministry with a maximum of five (5) events.
Similarly, the successful tenderer undertakes, on a contractual basis, to collaborate with the Administration in the definition of participation and dissemination actions aimed at defining intervention in the field of action: participation in the dissemination events organized by the Ministry such as conferences, talks, tables round or equivalent, collaboration in the edition of the informative brochures of the action, the provision of the descriptive abstracts of the future intervention and the provision of the necessary graphic documentation.
In short, the information study will contain the technical bases to solve the need to connect the city of Seville with the San Pablo Airport starting from Santa Justa guaranteeing intermodality, encouraging the transfer of users of the private vehicle to public transport and favoring the connections of the different modes of public transport in terms of quality.
